I fix that by removing all screws and filling the holes with round tootpick and a small amount of wood glue. There were loose and comming off by themself when there were no tention/strings on the pegs.

The holes for the screws that hold the tuning keys were drilled too big and the screws could not hold on to the headstock properly. Holds its tune while playing for a while, but haven't owned it long enough for more info.
